Can shippers use apps on desktop/laptop?
Right now, our app is only available on Android. In the future there are plans to create a trip from the web or IOS.
How to create a trip on the app?
Download the Truck Lagbe shipper app. The shipper can create a trip request after giving some information like load point, unload point, truck category, date, time, product types and then publish. After waiting for a few minutes, available and interested owners will bid. Shipper will accept the bid which is suitable for him/her and will contact the owner.
Can’t find specific pick/drop locations to create trips?
Select the nearest location and mention the missing location on product details.
What is “BIDDING”?
Bidding is a process where a competitive bidding between truck drivers/owners starts after the trip is published. Here many drivers/owners bid fair rental rates and shippers can hire trucks/pickups from Truck Lagbe app by accepting the best bid.
Does Truck Lagbe offer labor support?
Yes, Truck Lagbe offers labor support.
Can a shipper hire a truck for an up and down trip?
Yes, we have an option where you can hire a truck for an up-down trip
Can shippers change pick/drop points after publishing a trip?
No, shippers can create a new trip with updated pick/drop location.
How does the shipper cancel the active trip?
If a shipper wants to cancel a trip, he/she must call the Truck Lagbe helpline (09638000245). He must provide his/her trip ID to get the trip canceled.
Are shippers being offered the benefit of renting trucks on a monthly and daily basis?
At present we are not offering any such benefit. But in case you need trucks for your business, you need to call Truck Lagbe helpline (09638000245) to get such benefits.
Trip Promo Code
How to add a promo code on an app?
There are two ways to add a promo code to your trips. You can fill a promo code in the “Promo Code” section of the menu bar before the trip. If no discount code was added previously, you can add one after accepting the bid.
If a shipper hires a truck for others, can he get any discount?
Currently we do not have referral bonus. We are working on it. In future we will implement this within our system.
Can shippers add promo codes in the active state of a trip?
No. Shipper should apply the discount code before he/she is going to accept a bid.
Payment
Is it possible to pay using TL APP?
Right now, it is not possible. Shippers can pay with cash.
Who will pay the toll and other expenses during the trip?
All expenses are included with the bidding price. In this case owners will pay the amount.
Safety
Is the platform safe for shipping products?
Our registered trucks are verified with documents. We ensure safety but in case of any unexpected situation, we will provide all necessary information about the truck and operator.
What does the shipper do if drivers don’t show up?
If the shipper has flexible time, the shipper may wait and try again to contact the driver. If the shipper can not reach the driver, the shipper may complain to Truck Lagbe Helpline, cancel the bid and accept the next bid or new bid.

How to register?
Download the Truck Lagbe app on your mobile phone from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. In the app, press Continue with your mobile number. A verification code will appear on your mobile.Then Submit the code to the app and provide your name. This will complete your registration process.
What is 'Bid' and 'Express' trip?
Bidding trip is the process or service of hiring a truck / pickup from the ‘Truck Lagbe’ app by competitive bidding. And ‘Express’ trip is an instant 1- or 2-ton pickup / mini truck hiring service inside Dhaka. Express trips are fixed-rated trips and it provides you the secured delivery

No, shipper can create a new trip with updated pick/drop location.
How to add discount code on app?
Apply discount code before the shipper is going to accept any bid.
Can shipper add discount code in active state of a trip?
No. Shipper should apply the discount code before he/she is going to accept a bid

Labor support is not included within our service. Owners bid to rent truck only.

What does the shipper do if he/she doesn't get any bid after waiting for a long time of trip creation?
In this case, the shipper may wait. Available and interested owners will bid. If there is no bid for a long time, all our trucks might be occupied. So, shippers need to reschedule shipment to hire trucks through Truck Lagbe app.
Can the shipper make payments using the 'Truck Lagbe' app?
Currently, this feature is not available. The shipper will have to pay the truck driver/owner in cash.
What would happen if the shipper made an express trip but didn't get any responses?
Our searching time is around 10 minutes. Our registered truck drivers will be contacting you within this time. Shipper may also recreate trip after sometime.

How does shipper cancel the active trip?
If you need to cancel your trip after it has started, simply call our customer care for assistance with the cancellation.
What happens if the shipper mentions that he/she hires a return truck?
We do not have an option to hire return truck. Create a new trip on app, interested owners will bid.
Is it possible to pay using the TL app?
Right now, it is not possible. Shipper can pay with cash.
Can I book trucks through the website?
You can rent trucks using the Truck Lagbe’s website (www.trucklagbe.com) through a computer or mobile browser.
How can I delete my account?

Can I choose labor support for loading and unloading?
Yes, you can. Please contact the service provider to arrange this.
What is ‘Open’ & ‘Fitting’?
‘Open’ & ‘Fitting’ refers to the disassembly of items before moving and reassembling them at the destination.
Do you provide packaging, disassembly, and reassembly services?
Yes, we offer packaging services. Disassembly and reassembly are covered under our ‘Open’ & ‘Fitting’ service.
What packaging materials are available?
Here is the standard size of packaging: Bubble wrap: 100 yards per roll. Bag: 5 feet × 7 feet. Carton box: 2 feet × 3 feet × 2 feet. For personalized advice, consult your service provider.
How many bubble wraps or boxe`s will I need?
It depends on the size and quantity of your items. For personalized advice, consult your service provider.
Is bubble wrap included for fragile items?
Bubble wrap is available upon request. Please mention it while booking.
Do I need to inform you about fragile items or plants?
Yes, please list them in the “Other Products” section so they can be handled with extra care.
Can I change my shifting date after booking?
To change your shifting date, you must create a new trip. However, you can check with your service provider if they are available, they may allow rescheduling.
Is insurance included for my belongings?
Not yet. We are actively working on an insurance feature and will notify users once it’s available.

App usage
How to register?
On the app’s home screen, select the menu on the upper left side and go to the ‘Add Truck’ option. Enter your truck or pickup’s registration number, specify the brand and type of truck, whether it is an open truck or a covered van, and then publish it; not providing a reference code is acceptable. Now, once you upload the truck’s registration paper, your national ID, and a photo of the truck, the truck will be registered. To register another truck, you can follow the same procedure.
How can I delete my account?

How to use the app on multiple phones?
The app will work on one phone at a time. However, to use different phones, you need to register with the same SIM number and use the new verification code every time you change the phone.
What to do if a mobile phone is lost?
You will be able to launch the app by re-registering the old number again from the new mobile. But if the SIM is lost, then you need to buy a new SIM to open your new account. You have to call the ‘Truck Lagbe’ helpline number about these changes.
If a shipper delays loading a product, who will pay the late fee?
Shippers may pay the late fee. However, the owner and shipper negotiate about delay time and will fix it. If an issue arises, the shipper can contact the helpline.
How to change phone numbers?
Users must call the Truck Lagbe Helpline from the old phone number and request a phone number change. In this case, the authenticity of their identity will be validated using their NID.
Trips and Bidding Process
How to create a trip on the app?
All trips are shown on app. Choose your trip from those trips and place a bid. If the shipper accepts your bid, the trip will be displayed as an active trip. The details section of the trip includes the shipper’s phone number. Contact this number to get detailed information about the trip and confirm the trip.
Can't find the specific pick/drop locations to create trips?
In this case, bid as much as possible and bid according to the market rate
How can a truck owner/driver add a truck and take a trip?
After downloading the Truck Lagbe Owner app, the owner must verify himself using his NID. Then driving license verification is also needed. Following both verifications select the option “Amar Truck” from the menu bar to add a truck with a registration number, model, and shape. The owner must then upload documents such as BRTA papers and photos of his truck with the number plate in the “Document Proyojon” option. Then the owner can bid on trips with a price. If the shipper agrees with the bidding price, the shipper will accept the bid. Finally, the owner and the shipper can call each other to finalize the trip.
How to catch a trip during the bidding process?
All the trips are shown in the Truck Lagbe Owner app’s “Shokol trip” option. Choose your trip from the list and place your bid. The trip will be shown on the “Cholti Trip”, once the shipper receives your bid. Finally, contact the shipper to know the details of the trip and confirm it.
Is there any commissions for trips?
Yes, there is a commission for the trip.
How does the owner cancel the trip?
Trips cannot be canceled. In this case, the owner must contact the helpline in order to cancel the trip. However, there is a chance that it will have an impact on the owner’s rating.
Is there any other option to see the other owner’s bid?
No. Owner will see his own bid only.
Can the owner edit the bid?
Yes. An owner can edit the bid before his trip is tagged to a shipper.
What to do if you don’t get the trip after bidding on the trip?
In this case, bid according to market rate.

How does the owner/driver upload documents on the app?

What if the truck cannot park in front of the shipper’s building?
The shipper will notify through the app whether the truck can reach the front of the building. After the trip is scheduled, call the shipper to confirm the trip details, cargo, and any restrictions.
When should I contact the shipper?
Contact the shipper immediately after the trip is scheduled to confirm the details and address any concerns. Additionally, it is good practice to reconnect with the shipper the day before loading.
How should I determine the bid price?
When setting the bid price, consider factors such as distance, labor, packaging materials, and any additional services requested by the shipper.
Is there an extra commission for value-added services?
No, there is no extra commission for value-added services. However, if there is a significant price change, please contact the truck helpline.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
If you cancel a trip without a valid reason, the commission for that trip will not be refunded.
What if the shipper wants to reschedule?
If you are available and willing to accommodate the new schedule, you can proceed with the trip.
Is it mandatory for my labours/workers to be experienced and trustworthy?
Yes, experienced and trustworthy workers play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and reliable service.
How should I handle fragile items?
Handle fragile items with extra care. Use bubble wrap, cartons, or other protective materials, and ensure they are properly packed and labeled.
What if damage occurs during transportation?
If any damage occurs during transportation, document the incident and immediately inform the shipper. We recommend having a clear process in place to resolve such incidents.
